What You’ll Do: -Provide support and counseling to individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges - Facilitate individual and/or group counseling sessions - Assist with client assessments and treatment planning - Help clients develop coping skills and relapse prevention strategies - Maintain client documentation and progress notes - Work alongside a supportive team focused on recovery and growth What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field - Experience working with mental health and/or substance abuse clients preferred - Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds Why Join Our Team?:...
