How you make a difference The Director of IT Platform Services oversees the stability, performance, and support of enterprise application platforms and the infrastructure that supports them. This role provides leadership and hands-on technical oversight across DevOps, Database Administration, and Monitoring teams, with a strong focus on on‑premises and hybrid environments. The position serves as a senior escalation point for complex platform and application issues, leading deep technical troubleshooting to restore services and resolve root causes. This role works closely with development, infrastructure, security, and clinical partners to ensure platforms are reliable, observable, and resilient in a regulated healthcare setting. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
