Responsibilities: - Promotes Benedictine’s Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing these values to life in the organization. - Builds and retains a strong culinary team where opportunities for growth are encouraged and all members are valued. - Collaborates with all care providers. - Oversees and maintains a safe and sanitary environment. - Manages and oversee efficient operations to maximize resident satisfaction including oversight of the culinary budget.
