Create your best future and join Westpac as a People Consultant . What’s the role?: This position provides general HR advice and coaching for employees and leaders across the Westpac. As a trusted advisor and coach, this role provides ongoing advice, support, guidance and coaching on people matters including policies, people matters, and HR calendar activities. This position also provides advice and coaching to people leaders on more complex people matters and performance management. This role is responsible for building people leader capability through coaching, as well as supporting and guiding leaders and employees on the use of HR tools and services. The role is critical in identifying trends and escalating more complex matters to specialist People teams within the People job family.
