Engineering Manager – Sustaining Engineering

POSITION OVERVIEW: Directly supervising, supporting, and providing direction and leadership to the Sustaining Engineering team responsible for supporting released products throughout their lifecycle. The Sustaining Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on product reliability, manufacturability, compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Customer Support. This role ensures existing products continue to meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, cost targets, and operational needs while driving design improvements, issue resolution, and long-term product health.
