QMAP - Old Town Fort Collins - PM, PRN & NOC Shift Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00/hr DOE Schedules to be discussed at time of interview. Shifts available are 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am. JOB SUMMARY: The Med Care Manager/QMAP must administer, pour, pass, and document all routinely prescribed medications per physician orders under the direction of the Wellness Director and as approved by the State Medication Administration Regulations.
