Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Operations Manager ! You will be in charge of supporting our clients in their day-to-day usage of our services: maintaining the quality of the data provided, optimising the settings of Streem data models and services for each user, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the new features developed. The customer operations team is at the core of Streem’s day-to-day business, constantly liaising between our tech team, our product manager, our sales team, our clients and external stakeholders. The role is a great opportunity to develop Streem in new markets and verticals.
