The role of the Liability Claims Handler is to efficiently handle EL & PL claims for both personal injury and third-party property damage. While not essential, experience of all 3 UK legal jurisdictions would be beneficial as would experience in other areas of claim’s handling. The successful candidate will manage an allocated caseload, completing enquires in relation to policy indemnity, legal liability and quantum, reporting to clients and ensuring that claims are handled proactively in accordance with the handling philosophy of Casualty Claims Solutions and their clients.
