Key Responsibilities: Manage all administrative tasks to ensure the payroll process according with the local rules and labor regulations. Manage and validate all data inputs for payroll purposes. Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, overtime and severances. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Review and audit payroll data for accuracy. Support the maintenance of payroll records and ensure reports in compliance with legal requirements. Comply with the mandatory local payroll and legal reporting Manage all administrative tasks related to employee benefit programs, such as life, health insurance, retirement plans.
