This role involves supporting all payroll and benefits administrative processes, ensuring a positive employee experience and focusing on service delivery. The successful candidate will be part of a team that values teamwork and client service. Key Responsibilities: Manage all administrative tasks to ensure the payroll process according with the local rules and labor regulations. Manage and validate all data inputs for payroll purposes. Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, overtime and severances. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Review and audit payroll data for accuracy. Support the maintenance of payroll records and ensure reports in compliance with legal requirements. Comply with the mandatory local payroll and legal reporting Manage all administrative tasks related to employee benefit programs, such as life, health insurance, retirement plans.
