Overview Pediatric speech therapist position working with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, in outpatient and inpatient settings. With experience, opportunities may be available in specialty areas, including NICU. Seeking a team-player with excellent communication skills, strong evidence-based practice, caring attitude towards all patients and their families, and effective time management / organization skills. Responsibilities: - Evaluations, re-evaluations and ongoing direct patient care with children from birth to 18 years - Management of a highly diverse caseload including treatment of language, articulation, cognitive, feeding and swallowing disorders - Coordination of care with other providers Qualifications: Education required: Master’s Degree from an Accredited Institution in the area of Speech Therapy/Communication Disorders required. License, certification and/or registration: ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology, or eligible to begin CFY with successful completion of nation exam required.
