Job description

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day upkeep and preventative maintenance of all facilities, property, and equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming environment for guests and team members by responding to maintenance needs promptly and professionally. Starting Pay: $25.00 Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout all facilities and exterior property areas. Maintain, repair, and replace equipment related to the gaming floor to ensure safe and reliable operations. Assist with preventative maintenance programs to help minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities. Demonstrate working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, alarm systems, and generators. Complete maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, and other facility‑related projects as assigned. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and address issues effectively while prioritizing safety.
