Position Summary(Basic Job Function) This is a temporary position. Assists in the routine care of clinical and biomedical research animals by performing such duties as feeding, watering, cleaning, handling, and transporting animals. Unit Position Summary: Provides daily health observation of biomedical research animals including rodents, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, sheep and other species; report health concerns to veterinary staff; provide food, water and clean cages; general facility cleaning and refuse disposal. Desired Qualifications: Experience working with rodents and other animals. Certification at ALAT level.
