Revenue Cycle Team Leader - RCO PB Follow Up (Hybrid) - ( 2602771 ) Description EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications: - Associate’s degree or equivalent and minimum of five years patient accounts experience. - Minimum of two years Epic Revenue Cycle experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing and delivering presentations to stakeholders or leadership. - Experience with end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations (e.g., billing, denials, collections) - Experience identifying trends and driving process improvements - Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and supporting team performance - Experience using data analytics tools or reporting platforms to analyze and present findings - Experience with automation tools, process optimization, or emerging technologies in an operational environment JOB SUMMARY: As a Team Leader, the employee will provide supervisory, administrative and communication support to staff assigned.
