Job description

This position offers -- $7,000 Sign-on Bonus that's paid after 12 months of services. Working as part of the patient care team the Physical Therapy Assistant will provide services to members within the scope of practice. Help the patient to alleviate suffering from injury or disease, restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent and or limit permanent physical disabilities and promote fitness and health. Per treatment plan developed by Physical Therapist apply modalities: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $ 35.00 - $38.00 an hour following a $7,000 sign on bonus that will be paid once the employee completes 12 Months of services. however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
