Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish is Required Academic Req : Required – Bachelor’s degree; certification by the relevant governing authority, Teaching English as a Second Language/Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages certification or other appropriate accrediting body and additional training to meet the special needs of unaccompanied children Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience : Required – At least three (3) years of teaching and supervising, including a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: - Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. - Hire, train, supervise and provide performance feedback for program personnel in accordance with agency policies and procedures and federal and state standards and requirements. - Select, acquire, store, issue and inventory classroom equipment, materials and supplies for the educational program. - Complete all notification and reporting requirements in accordance w...
