What You’ll Do As an IT Support Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing an array of IT technical support and desktop assistance to our staff in New York City and the surrounding area. You will be responsible for responding to a variety of support requests such as trouble-shooting applications, OS installs, system upgrades, password resets, and iOS support. You will carry out physical on-site support and configuration or inspection of products and services. In addition, you will provide support and training for a variety of new and existing technologies to various internal departments. Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Delivering IT support excellence - Accountability for various technical resources and deliverables - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Supporting and advancing process improvement - Documenting and/or updating IT procedures - Mounting, racking, installing and supporting a complex Data closet to include switches, routers, and access points. - Working with ISPs to coordinate new installs, moves, and terminations.
