In this role, you will primarily communicate with members via phone, text, and email, helping to identify the reasons behind their financial difficulties, advising them on possible solutions, and offering guidance with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. CoVantage invests in our team members! The pay for this role is $19.50-$30.56 per hour. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications.
