Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Float Department: Location: Hours Per Week: Schedule: SUMMARY: The Float – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible to float to ambulatory practices within primary care where a need has been identified. The Float – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct patient care, usually under the direction of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with established plans.
