Qualifications Required: Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in proposal management, sales, sales support, marketing, or project management At least 2 years of hands‑on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires Exceptional persuasive writing, editing, and project management skills Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging for diverse audiences Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Experience using RFP knowledgebase or proposal management software Practical experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools in the proposal process Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and professional presence APMP certification: Undergraduate degree required: Preferred: Experience in retirement planning and recordkeeping Experience working with external consulting firms Master’s degree: Special Factors: Sponsorship: Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
