As part of that, our Consumer and Market Insight (CMI) team is helping to reinvent how we understand and serve our customers and drive meaningful consumer acquisition and retention. Job Description: As Consumer Insight Manager for Sport, you’ll play a pivotal role in understanding gambling, our brands and propositions, and the behaviours of sports bettors in the context of the wider consumer ecosystem across UK&I. You’ll be part of a growing, high-performing CMI team - comprising Consumer, Brand and Market functions - that values curiosity, collaboration, and commercial impact.
