Description To manufacture, inspect and deliver bulk feed to customers in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. Requirements: Feed Mill Operator/Truck Driver: - Measure, process bulk feed - Measure and track inventory of feed ingredients in bulk bins - Load feed trucks for delivery - Maintain bulk and bag feed inventories - Assist in HACCP compliance activities - Help keep feed mill clean and free from excess dust accumulation - Assist with driving feed and/or fertilizer truck - Preform basic grain handling, loading, and unloading - Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment Reporting: - Submit trip report to supervisor monthly - Fill out trip report completely and accurately - Inform your supervisor of discrepancies in your reports as soon as you are aware of them - Inform your supervisor of potential problems or potential new business opportunities directly or indirectly related to your department - Report any unsafe equipment or working conditions to your supervisor - Report any needed repairs or special maintenan...
