1st Shift Utility Support Associate - CCRTE

Job description

The CCRTE Utility Support Associate assists Machine Operators and helps the team to meet production requirements by helping on the assembly line across 3 areas: a blanching area, a fast freeze and bagging area, and a packaging area. Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:00pm Position responsibilities may include, but not limited to - Complete assembly line work, lifting 20 – 50 lbs items at a rate of about one item per minute, following the rate of production requirements - Safely and quickly handle product, ensuring measurements and weights are accurate and boxes and bags are properly sealed and labeled - Assist in making boxes, stacking, wrapping pallets, and other packaging and product movement activities - Assist in sanitation of machinery, using appropriate sanitation techniques with proper chemical handling - Follow GMP’s and food safety guidelines, ensuring USDA and FDA standards are met Required Skills and Experience: - Prior manufacturing experience - Excellent performance and attendance record, a good food and general safety record, and a motivated team player - Demonstrated commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other food safety rules - Demonstrated...
