As a Business Service Associate, you will play a n important role in all phases of accounting that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. What you'll do: - Accurately enter accounts payable invoices and regional checks into computer - Accurately prepare vouchers and batch headers for accounts - Verify vouchers submitted by other - Verify accuracy of check requests and prepare regional - Timely and accurately maintain regional check - Audit vendor statements monthly - Maintain petty cash funds and records for the Business Office, Activity Department and the Resident Trust Fund. - Maintain accurate files for accounts payable and regional checks using established record retention system. - Open and process mail Process outgoing mail and maintain postage machine. - Accurately prepare and verify daily d...
