Job Title Human Resources Generalist Job Description Summary: The HR Generalist is responsible for partnering with the business on a variety of HR initiatives related to talent management including performance management and employee relations (investigations, communications, and employee development) and onboarding. This role will assist the HR People Partnering function in delivering exceptional support to the Americas Advisory organization. Job Description Responsibilities: - Provide routine and ad-hoc people metrics to People Partners and HRMs, leveraging dashboards and Workday reporting ​ - Ensure all HR-related data in Workday is accurate for Americas Advisory including compensation plans, supervisory organizations, and other related job data - Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to all talent needs​ across all Americas Advisory markets - Provide external and internal compensation benchmark information to hiring managers​ - Review and approve job requisitions in Workday​ - Request compensation COE review on behalf of HR Managers and People Partners - Conduct all relevant data audits for Americas Advisory - Support People Partners and HR Managers with C&W talent pro...
