Classification Contingent Worker (Fixed Term) Minimum Pay: $0.00 Compensation will be commensurate with the level of the position, education, and experience. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: This position is for a high school teacher under contract with a district in Douglas, Dodge, Sarpy, or Washington counties to teach MCC Automotive Technology courses for dual credit at their home high school. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: - Deliver MCC course objectives in the high school dual credit classroom - Ensure academic rigor aligns with on-campus expectations - Participate in departmental course assessments - Complete required curriculum training - Maintain an MCC-aligned course syllabus - Uphold professional and ethical standards MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: certification - 8 years full-time related occupational experience or approved Journey- worker status plus ASE OR: 4 years full-time related occupational experience and an Associate’s degree in career field plus ASE certification. 2 years full-time related occupational experience and a Bachelor’s degree in the discipline or in a related discipline plus ASE certification.
