JOB SUMMARY: The Aircraft Maintenance Instructor will collaborate with the company’s Subject Matter Experts (SME) to build regulatory and aircraft systems related learning content. This Instructor will also facilitate regulatory and aircraft systems courses based on instructor guides and evaluate existing course content to enhance the learner’s experience. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Maximize the instructor-led (classroom) learning experience by developing, updating, and presenting objective based learning content for all current production models of Falcon aircraft. Make recommendations for purchase of instructional materials, supplies, equipment, and ELearning. Facilitate courses in a profession manner using established instructor guides as needed to maintain schedule. Utilize established L&D processes to ensure learning content is compliant with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Falcon Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM). Evaluate and provide constructive feedback during the peer evaluations process.
