Shift Manager – Injection Molding Manufacturing Location: Orlando, FL | Shift : Night shift 7:00pm-7:30am Lead the Floor. Develop People. Drive Results. What You’ll Do: Lead & Develop Your Team: - Coach, mentor, and develop Operators, Floor Assistants, and Product Movers - Drive engagement through recognition, feedback, and growth opportunities - Support onboarding and training to ensure team success from day one - Build a strong, inclusive, and high-performing team culture Drive Production & Performance: - Oversee daily shift operations in a plastic injection molding facility - Ensure production meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards - Balance staffing, schedules, and workloads to meet demand - Lead continuous improvement efforts including scrap reduction and cycle efficiency - Utilize lean tools (5S, process improvement) to optimize operations Champion Safety & Accountabil...
