Position Summary: Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. Provides support and some supervision to regular and temporary warehouse associate functions. Works closely with Operations Supervisors to ensure employee productivity expectations are met. Provides a variety of responsibilities to meet the supervisors expectations. 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 5pm - 1:30am unless OT is required. Pay Rate: $19.00 with $1.00 Shift Diff Major Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Assist in the training of current and new hire associates - Conduct warehouse safety training - Perform PIT Certification assessments and renewals - Developing training processes, SOP’s and COE’s - Ensure associates have received the proper on the job training for their function - Answer warehouse field associate’s questions as needed - Must be able to prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements - Must communicate all facility or associate issues immediately to your supervisor. - Will...
