Position Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (ME) to lead NPI line setup, process implementation, and production readiness in the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for translating product and process designs into fully operational, scalable production lines , ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership of shop floor execution. Key Responsibilities: NPI Line Setup & Production Launch Lead the setup of NPI and pilot production lines in the U.S. Define and implement line layouts, workflows, workstations, and tooling Develop SOPs and support build phases (EVT / DVT / PVT) through production ramp Equipment Installation & Qualification: Coordinate installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment Partner with vendors and internal teams on equipment selection and process capability validation Ensure equipment readiness and stability for mass production Process Implementation & Optimization: Implement manufacturing processes defined by PDE and global teams Continuously optimize processes for yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production Produc...
