(AMS) is Thermo Fisher Scientific’s global platform for helping the world’s largest pharma and biotech companies run their laboratories more effectively. We provide end-to-end management of laboratory instruments across their lifecycle – from installation and maintenance to data-driven insights that guide smarter decisions to accelerate drug development timelines, quality, and scientific breakthroughs. Reporting directly to the President of the Instruments and Enterprise Services Division (IES), this role is a key member of the Division Leadership Team. The successful candidate will lead a global team of 5 directors overseeing a total organization of approximately 200 colleagues.
