Overview The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Technician to join the Walbridge team. You will provide hands-on technical support at the job site, ensuring smooth operation of Windows-based systems and hardware. This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who is passionate about technology and customer support to learn and grow. Location: You will work from the project location in Millersport, Ohio. In addition to your primary responsibilities there, you'll also be supporting 3 other job site locations across Ohio. Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities: - Windows 11 Support - Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows 11 systems, including troubleshooting OS issues, performance optimization, and user assistance. - Hardware & Software Deployment - Stage, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
