Product Manager, Workforce Platforms

Job description

Role Purpose This role is responsible for the product management of key applications within the global Workforce Platforms portfolio, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Fusion SaaS. Reporting to the Director of Product Management - Workforce Platforms, you will be the subject matter expert driving the evolution of our core HR technologies. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, architects, and engineers to translate business needs into a clear product backlog, manage feature delivery, and ensure that our platforms are optimized to create a seamless employee experience and support our global business objectives. Key Accountabilities: Serve as the primary product owner for the Oracle HCM platform, defining and prioritizing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. Partner with HR business partners and end-users to conduct discovery, gather detailed requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
