People & Culture Partner (HR Generalist / HRBP)

About the Role We’re looking for a People & Culture Partner to support our Technology, Product, and Finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong HR generalist foundation and is growing their business partnering capability. You’ll work closely with managers on day-to-day people matters, providing practical guidance on performance, employee relations, and team effectiveness, while also supporting the delivery of core People & Culture programs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance advisory support with execution. You won’t be expected to operate as a fully strategic HRBP, but you should feel confident coaching managers and navigating core HR situations with support when needed. Key Responsibilities: Manager & Employee Support: Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and day-to-day team challenges Support employee relations matters (performance concerns, disciplinary processes, exits) with guidance from senior P&C leadership Help managers navigate people decisions with a practical, solutions-focused approach Performance & Development: Support goal-setting and performance review proc...
