Resident Maintenance Assistant Manager

Job description

Supervisory experience managing and maintaining material handling systems. Must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of mechanical equipment & components including drives, gearboxes, sprockets, chains, bearings, guide rollers and other related equipment. Also have strong electrical skills including wiring, AC Power, AC Motors, electrical drawing & schematics, and control panels. Knowledge and experience with the following controls components is highly prized: Servo Drives, PLC, PC Controllers, DC Power Supplies, optical devices (i.e., encoders, photo eyes, etc.). This customer site is located in Ocala, FL. Shift schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, and Day or Night Shift. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
