We have an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join their team of staff in the Wards department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Candidates must be available to work day and night shifts. Duties of this role include: - Assist patients with personal hygiene, washing, dressing, toileting, oral care, and mobility needs, respecting their preferences and dignity. - Help patients with eating, drinking, and nutritional support, including documenting intake where appropriate. - Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and relatives, creating a caring and safe environment. - Carry out and accurately record routine observations such as blood pressure, p...
