About the Role: The AI Communication & Adoption Lead is responsible for driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of AI capabilities across IT and business units. This role sits within IT Client Services , the team focused on enhancing the associate user experience , and partners closely with technical AI teams, business stakeholders, and governance functions. The role ensures AI initiatives are communicated clearly, embraced by users, aligned with governance requirements, and supported through training and enablement. This position is based in the Milwaukee corporate office with a hybrid work arrangement .
