You will also be tasked with keeping our team engaged and striving to hit our business goals, but more importantly their individual financial goals. You will work seamlessly with our director of operations to hire, train and retain the top cleaning talent. As needed, you will build relationships with clients as you ensure they receive the quality of service they expect and deserve.
