They help uphold the image of facilities by performing basic maintenance tasks including trash removal, maintenance support and restroom restocks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensure facilities and public spaces are kept clean and stocked throughout the day. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming public spaces, showrooms, and offices. Empty trash in public spaces, showrooms, offices, and parking garages.
