Job Title: Principal - Electrical Engineer Location: Rochester, NY: Work Type : Office: Salary: The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $128,000 to $160,400 We do offer Sign on Bonus + Awesome Benefits Job Summary: The engineer will lead teams/projects that solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the business. These efforts will contribute to the development of Departmental or Divisional strategy and implementation. Participates and represents UI on industry associations. Mentor's other employees.Has developed depth and breadth of expertise in distributed generation and broad knowledge of other disciplines. Maintains knowledge of leading-edge techniques or technology through participation in professional associations. Recognized as an expert in own area within the organization and industry.Able to explain complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others to change.
