To keep the marinas, docks, shores, KwaTaqNuk patio areas clean, maintained and appealing to guests. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains guest contact, providing excellent customer service and responding in a courteous and timely manner. Knowledgeable with the Flathead Lake area, history, points of interests and sights. Promote the Shadow & KwaTaqNuk Resort specials, events, and promotions. Knowledgeable of The Shadow’s schedule, ticket pricing, etc. Clean daily all docks of spider webs and insects including slip areas and Shadow boardwalk. Daily cleaning of shorelines, around/under docks, boat launch areas; remove floating wood, garbage, and debris from water. Sweep off docks daily, including slip areas and Shadow boardwalk. Power washes all docks including slip area and Shadow boardwalk. Check all boat slips daily, ensuring boats are secured. Check to make sure all boats are in assigned slips.
