Summary: The expectation of this position is to provide support by serving as the communication channel between the company and growers in order to achieve production objectives. The essential functions of this position include: achieving flock production objectives; facilitating communication between Cobb and growers; maintaining flock health status; providing technical support; achieving flock genetic objectives; and communicating effectively with other company departments. Requirements: Education: Requires broad knowledge in a general professional field, normally acquired through four (4) years of college resulting in a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Three (3) or more years of poultry management-related experience. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills are required. This position requires experience working with Excel spreadsheets and data within several other computer applications. Travel: Minimal domestic travel required.
