JOB SUMMARY: The Claims and Legal Operations Manager will support the SPX Legal Department with the management of claims and litigation matters as well as day‑to‑day legal operations activities. Management of claims and litigation matters includes, but is not limited to, supporting SPX attorneys in the management and organization of claims or litigation matters, coordinating with appropriate SPX business unit personnel in the gathering of data, the transfer of data to outside counsel or external experts, and communicating with third‑party claims representatives, outside counsel, SPX Risk Management, insurance broker representatives, and other service providers.
