Senior SMS & Messaging Operations Specialist

Team Velocity is seeking a highly experienced Senior SMS & Messaging Operations Specialist to own the architecture, compliance, provisioning, and operational performance of our SMS messaging infrastructure across hundreds of automotive dealer clients. You will serve as the internal subject matter expert for all messaging operations and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Legal, and Client Services. This role is hands-on and technical. The ideal candidate understands carrier behavior, A2P 10DLC registration strategy, throughput management, filtering mitigation, and multi-tenant messaging architecture. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Candidate must reside within the Continental U.S. Eastern or Central time zones highly preferred, but all are welcome to apply who can support 8:30AM-5:30PM (EST) hours.
