Director of Practice

We are looking for an ambitious and forward thinking Practice Director to lead and grow our two welcoming West London sites, Alcombe Ealing and The Avenue Vets.: This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building something, not just maintaining it. You will have the freedom to shape both practices, support and develop your teams, and really make your mark on how the business grows over the next few years. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with occasional Saturdays when required. Any Saturdays worked are given back as time off in lieu. Our Practices: Alcombe Ealing is a long established practice with strong foundations and plenty of opportunity ahead. It is well located with excellent transport links into Central London and only around 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport. The client base is loyal and the team is experienced, but there is real scope to expand services, deepen client relationships and strengthen overall performance.
