Pension and Investment Administrator This is an exciting opportunity to join our financial planning team. The role would be suitable for an experienced pension and investment administrator looking for a new challenge in supporting a growing financial advisory team. The role offers remote working but requires presence in our office for three days per week. Roles and Responsibilities: You will work with both experienced and junior advisers who provide financial advice to a range of individual private clients. Key responsibilities include: - Liaising with pension and investment providers to ensure client requests are actioned within expected timeframes - Ensuring advisers are aware of any requirements outstanding on new and existing business cases - Preparation of new business documentation and the processing of same - Innovation of internal processes, particularly in relation to pipeline management, client communications and compliance templates - Adhere to internal and Central Bank of Ireland compliance requirements - Working with our compliance officer to ensure client files are kept to the highest standard - Scheduling client reviews and helping the team prepare for client meeting...
