About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our After Sales team, supporting customers across the Nordic region (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland) . This is a back‑office role , focused on handling returns, delivery queries, and financial after‑sales processes , while acting as a strong advocate for the customer within TD SYNNEX. What You’ll Do: - Manage after‑sales cases related to returns, deliveries, and invoicing using internal systems - Investigate customer queries, including incorrect deliveries, return eligibility, approvals, and rejections - Communicate with customers primarily via email , ensuring clear and professional case resolution - Administer credit notes and financial adjustments in line with company procedures - Use tools such as the After Sales Tool and RMT to track and resolve customer cases - Ensur...
