Description Markon’s partner company is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering principles across the full system lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with government stakeholders, program teams, and senior leadership to ensure technical excellence and successful delivery. Responsibilities: - Apply systems engineering principles across all lifecycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. - Interface with Government stakeholders on systems engineering considerations, addressing technical issues, risks, and conflicts. - Communicate effectively with program personnel, government oversight teams, and senior executives. - Ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work and deliverables. - Support one or more ISO/IEC 15288 process areas, including: - Technical Processes: Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal. - Project Processes: Project Planning, Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Informati...
