Job description
The Asset and Contract Governance Specialist -- Containers & Compactors is responsible for governing the lifecycle, contractual compliance, and financial oversight of container and compactor assets. This role ensures assets are accurately tracked, contractually compliant, operationally available, and financially optimized to support safe and reliable service delivery. Reports to: Vice President Pricing Essential Job Duties: - Govern the full lifecycle of container and compactor assets, including procurement, deployment, relocation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposition. - Maintain accurate inventory, tagging, and asset records across asset management, billing, and financial systems. - Monitor asset utilization, condition, and availability to identify idle, underutilized, damaged, or lost assets. - Conduct and support physical inventories, audits, and field validations of container and compactor assets. - Ensure compliance with asset-related contracts, including ownership terms, lease provisions, pricing, and service level commitments. - Track contract milestones including renewals, amendments, rate escalations, asset returns, and terminations. - Validate vendor invoices...
