In this role, you'll: Be working as part of a team delivering the management of a large and diverse leased property portfolio, including high volume leasing transactions, commercial and retail property management, and the implementation of leasing plans and strategies. This role will see you manage a portfolio of leased property assets, lead the development and implementation of leasing plans and strategies to ensure compliance with legislation. You will effectively deliver efficient, compliant and commercially property leasing services and outcomes in a complex, high volume, and stakeholder rich environment that requires strong judgement, commercial acumen and the ability to navigate competing priorities.
