This role performs hands-on maintenance work and assists management by coordinating daily work activities, prioritizing service requests, and ensuring all work meets resort standards. Major Job Duties / Responsibilities: - Inspect the property to identify units, systems, or areas requiring maintenance or repair and report work needed to Management. - Serve as a working lead, assisting with prioritizing service requests and helping to establish daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. - Follow up on assigned work to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently, thoroughly, and in accordance with resort standards. - Perform a variety of light maintenance duties including Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical wor...
